Electromagnetic Drive System for Flexible Throughput Adjustment

This feeder is powered by a high-performance electromagnetic vibrator, the orange drive unit visible on the side of the machine. Different from mechanical vibration modes, electromagnetic drive enables stepless adjustment of material conveying volume in real time. Operators can flexibly increase or decrease feeding flow according to production line demands, realizing precise volumetric feeding of ore, mineral powder, crushed stone and other granular bulk materials.

Robust Mild Steel Integrated Welded Structure

The entire trough body and frame adopt thickened mild steel as the main manufacturing material, processed via integrated full welding technology. The mild steel structure balances structural rigidity and cost efficiency, with strong wear resistance to adapt to long-term continuous heavy-load operation in mining and aggregate sites. Elastic shock-absorbing suspension hangers are equipped on both sides of the trough, which effectively isolate vibration transfer to silos and downstream supporting equipment, avoiding structural damage caused by long-term vibration.

Optimized Internal Spreading Structure

For this set of technical drawings, we have added an optimized internal material spreading structure, while all other sizes and structural parameters remain unchanged compared with the previous version. The improved internal structure eliminates material accumulation and blockage during silo discharging, ensuring uniform and smooth material conveying.

Designed for direct installation under various storage bins and silos, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder supports two feeding modes: manual material loading or automatic feeding matched with other auxiliary conveying equipment.
